Shipping policy
1. Where we ship
We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our Bengaluru studio within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive tracking details by email and SMS as soon as your order ships.
Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping charge
A flat shipping charge of ₹399 applies to every order, regardless of order value or the number of items. The charge is shown before you pay and is included in your order total.
4. Delivery estimates
Counted in business days from dispatch, not from the date the order is placed:

These are estimates. Timelines exclude public holidays and may extend during peak periods, or where weather or other conditions beyond our reasonable control affect our courier partners.
5. Delivery
Our courier partners deliver Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 8pm, and make up to three delivery attempts. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
Please ensure the delivery address and contact number you provide are complete and correct. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
6. Serviceability
Some PIN codes are not serviced by our courier partners, or are not eligible for Cash on Delivery. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you and refund your order in full.
7. If something is wrong on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, please write to support@niello.in within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy for how we handle this.
