2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order.

3. Products, colour and measurement

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including fabric, measurements and care. Photographs are taken under studio lighting; the colour you see may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Our garments are made in limited quantities. Minor variation in finish between individual pieces is a characteristic of the way they are made, not a defect.

If an item you receive does not match its description, images or stated measurements, your rights under our Cancellation & Refunds policy apply.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you place it.

We take care to price accurately. If an item is listed at a materially incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.

We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, where we are unable to deliver to your address, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use of a payment method. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

We accept payment through our payment gateway partner, and by Cash on Delivery where available for your PIN code. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details; these are handled by our payment gateway partner under its own terms and security standards.

7. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Cancellation, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before ordering: other than in the circumstances set out in that policy, orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including designs, photographs, text, graphics and the Niello name and logo — belongs to TRUEAPEX VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors, and is protected under Indian law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.

11. Liability

We are liable to you as provided under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including our liability for defective goods, for goods that do not match their description, or under product liability provisions.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer forum where you are entitled to do so.
